Edward C Kinshott

Edward Kinshott was a Gunner with the 45th Field Regiment, Royal Artillery. His service number was 19120612.

Royal Artillery Cap Badge

Edward was the son of Horace Cecil & Winifred Alice Kinshott, of Bognor Regis, Sussex. He was born in 1928 and served towards the end of the Second World War.

He died in Germany on 16th August 1947 and is buried at the Allied Cemetery at Niedersachsen, Hannover, Germany.

I don't know the circumstances of Edward's death, and note that it was two years after the end of the war. However, he is recorded on the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, so he is included here.

Edward was my 6th cousin twice removed.
